Multi Residential case study | LA SAL

Drawing inspiration from a palette of beachside materials and colours, La Sal represents a modern and sophisticated interpretation of beachside living. Consisting of a series of three townhouses and six apartments, the design of La Sal capitalizes on creating generous light filled spaces.

Spanning two levels, the townhouses sit comfortably amongst secluded back and front courtyards. The coastal inspired masonry blockwork and timber clad facade add a striking and contemporary touch to the design.

The design for the interiors is inspired by an Australian colour pallette. White smoked oak flooring, bleached walnut joinery and grey stone benchtops create a timeless elegance and provide a high level of amenity, while full height doors and expansive courtyards evoke comfort and relaxation.
