Built on a foundation of strong eco principles, teamed with striking architecture and a high level of amenity in inner Melbourne, Chamberlain Architects created a new niche for this project conceived as "ECO LUXE". This positioning informed all the elements of the brand from the name "Merri Green", throughall of the branding and marketing material. Working closelytogether with the developer, Ray Collodetti and agent, Matt Bracken, from Bracken Hall, resulted in $35M worth of sales to 100% owner occupiers in just 4 weeks. A sellout!

Inspired by the light shimmering on the surface of the ocean, a custom perforation design was created specifically for Captain & Co. The intent was to enhance the streetscape of this St Kilda residence, whilst also providing an integrated architectural solution.
