Multi Residential case study | Merri Green

Inspired by a rare, natural setting, surrounded by Merri Creek and the Northcote Golf Course, Merri Green is a unique inner urban retreat. With a deep respect for its natural setting, the design intent for Merri Green was to merge the buildings with the landscape.

The development is comprised of two rows of luxury townhouses and one apartment block, surrounding a triangular piazza. Each row of townhouses maximises views and privacy, with one row looking out to Northcote golf course and the other overlooking Merri Creek. The spaces are extremely generous thoughout the entire development, with a focus on a high level of amenity balanced with good passive design principles.
